1. Services and Booking

We offer lessons, camps, private sessions, and facility access for indoor ski and snowboard training. All bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorized platforms.

• You are responsible for reviewing age, equipment, and skill requirements before booking.

• A waiver must be signed prior to participation.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to safety, staffing, or maintenance needs.

2. Payments and Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept credit and debit cards through secure third-party processors.

• Cancellations must be made at least (within 24 hours] in advance for a full refund or credit.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited payment.

• Any refund disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the scheduled session.

3. SMS and Email Communications

By entering your phone number or email, you agree to receive communications from us, including booking confirmations, schedule reminders, and optional promotional content.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or clicking "unsubscribe" in emails.

4. Participation Risks and Waivers

Indoor snow sports carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury. All participants (or their guardians if under 18) must complete and sign a waiver before attending.

• Infinity Slopes is not liable for injuries sustained during participation unless caused by gross negligence.

• Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions from staff. We reserve the right to remove anyone for unsafe behavior without refund.

5. Conduct and Facility Use

By using our facility, you agree to:

• Treat staff and other guests with respect

• Use equipment responsibly

• Follow staff instructions at all times

We reserve the right to refuse service or access to anyone who violates these standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, videos, photos, and text, is the property of Infinity Slopes. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute any content without written permission.
